My Bible Studies – Chapters and Verses

God has blessed me with the gift of being able to understand His word and help others do the same.  Many years ago while I was unemployed I discovered that I love to read His Word and put together Bible studies for in-depth study to help people get more fully into His Word.  Each study has 3 types of questions: general questions to help you delve deeper into the verses (yes, you will have to read a little closer); going deeper questions to help dig a little deeper into the text and what was going on (yes, you’ll have to do some thinking); and finally you’ll be able to get personal and apply things God has shown you to your life – which is where the real miracles (of change) occur (yes, this will require the courage to tell the truth).  May God bless you and teach you when you take any of these journeys!

CHAPTERS AND VERSES

  1. ACTS 16.  Ever read Acts 16, when Paul and Silas are sent to Macedonia and wind up in prison for healing a slave girl?  It’s a story full of twists and miracles.  It’s a story of obedience.  It’s a story of praise.  It’s a story of living out your faith.  I have broken down my original study of Acts 16 into 5 days worth of God’s nuggets and truths.  Click on this link to download a PDF version of all 5 days: Acts 16
  2. ACTS 9.  Acts 9 is the start and foundation of the New Testament letters.  Without the dramatic change that takes place for Saul, we would probably not have most of the New Testament letters, wisdom, and guidance.  And it all starts on the Damascus Road.  Click on this link to download a PDF version of all 5 days: Acts 9
  3. EPHESIANS – BLUEPRINT OF OUR BLESSINGS.  Everyone talks about Ephesians and how it gives us the most clear picture of our divine inheritance.  So I decided to study it.  It is laid out a little differently that my other studies, but you will still have the chance to deep deeper and apply personally.  Click on this link to download a PDF version of this study: Ephesians – our blessings
  4. EZEKIEL 37, THE DRY BONES.  I have a friend who felt God leading her to study the dry bones being resurrected in Ezekiel 37.  Knowing my gift of study, she asked me to do a little research and come up with a study.  So I did.  This story was so much more involved and in depth than I suspected.  The beginning of this study is background on the nation of Israel and what led them to Ezekiel’s vision in verse 37.  Click on this link to download a PDF version of this study: Ezekiel 37_1-14
